Mike's Hot Honey is pure honey infused with chilies, founded in 2010 by Mike Kurtz after he started serving it at a Brooklyn pizzeria and customers began asking to buy bottles to take home. In our Sarasota catalog it's stocked in a 12 ounce bottle, sold alongside our other barbecue sauces and available to order through the showroom.
