Award winning BBQ rub
Trim Tabb's.
In Pinecraft Barbecue's Sarasota catalog, Trim Tabb's is a rub brand built around a single flagship product, Trim Tabb's Pig Powder, an award winning BBQ rub. We carry it for cooks who want one seasoning that works across pork, brisket, and chicken without swapping rubs between cuts.
One rub.
One job done right.

Why we carry it
Trim Tabb's Pig Powder
Trim Tabb's Pig Powder is the only Trim Tabb's product in the Pinecraft Barbecue catalog. Rather than carry a full product line for its own sake, we carry this one rub and let the rest of the rub wall cover the flavors Pig Powder does not.
This is a pantry product, not equipment, so there is nothing to install. Ask what's in our catalog, and we'll tell you which cuts we use it on ourselves.
