Zephyr Ventilation makes range hoods, including hood lines rated for outdoor use. Pinecraft Barbecue carries Zephyr and orders the line through our Sarasota showroom. A covered lanai or enclosed outdoor kitchen can trap smoke and grease, so a hood can help move that air away from the cooking area.

Zephyr designs range hoods and ventilation, including lines rated for outdoor installation. Pinecraft carries Zephyr and orders the line through the Sarasota showroom. We can talk through hood sizing against the grill's BTU output and the ceiling height above it.
A hood has to tie into ducting and, in most builds, an electrical run. Once the layout and the hood are picked, licensed contractors we work with install it as part of the outdoor kitchen build.
