In our Sarasota catalog, Fire Magic centers on the built-in grill head, the piece that turns a block or masonry frame into a real outdoor kitchen. Fire Magic also manufactures side burners and the doors and drawers that finish out an island, per the manufacturer's own product line; ask us which of those pieces we can source for your build. Ask about the line at the showroom before you drive over.

Our team can talk through which grill head size actually fits the island footprint you're planning, plus which additional pieces from Fire Magic's manufacturer line, like side burners, we can source for your build. Fire Magic's built-in-first approach is a different starting point than a freestanding cart grill: the grill head is the anchor and the rest of the island gets built around it.

Fitting a Fire Magic grill head
Because Fire Magic sells built-in grill heads rather than freestanding carts, the opening comes first. If you're replacing an existing built-in with a Fire Magic head, bring the width, depth, and height of the current opening along with any cutout template you have; our grill inserts for outdoor kitchens guide covers how we check an opening against a new grill before ordering. If the island is being built from scratch, we size the frame around the grill head you choose instead.
