The Meadow Creek BBQ26S is a charcoal-fired chicken cooker with a rotating, double-sided stainless grate that flips a full rack of meat with one hand. It holds about 15 pounds of bone-in chicken or up to 70 sausage links at a time, and it is hand-welded in Lancaster County like every Meadow Creek cooker.

On a bird night, it holds about 15 pounds of bone-in chicken at a time. Switch it over for a sausage run and it can hold up to 70 sausage links at once. The charcoal pan sits on adjustable brackets, so raising it puts a burger or steak much closer to the coals for a hard sear.
