Meadow Creek recommends the BBQ96 as a fundraiser tool for fire departments and charities, and for feeding crowds at public auctions, fairs, and weddings. Its three 30-by-34-inch grates rotate and are double-sided. They run over charcoal.
The welded-steel body is 13-gauge and painted with black heat-resistant paint. The trailer uses an angle frame and has DOT-compliant lights, reflector strips, and a VIN plate. Meadow Creek says its cookers are crafted by hand in its shop.
