What does the Meadow Creek Gas Assist option do?
Meadow Creek Gas Assist is an option for some TS tank and BX cabinet smokers, not a stand-alone unit. It preheats the smoker and lights wood or charcoal with a switch. An electronic thermostat holds the set temperature within about five degrees. It uses a low-pressure regulator, a standard LP grill tank and a regular 110-volt extension cord.
