The Meadow Creek TS500 is a reverse-flow tank smoker trailer built from a 500-gallon tank with nearly 47 square feet of cooking area. Meadow Creek builds its cookers by hand in Pennsylvania. The TS500's warming box holds six full-size restaurant pans, and it rides on an axle rated for 5,000 pounds.

Meadow Creek lists capacity for 64 to 65 pork butts, 50 to 60 racks of baby back ribs, 46 to 50 whole briskets, or up to four 40-pound whole pigs. These are listed loading capacities, not a cooking result guarantee. The TS500 is available to order through our Sarasota showroom.
