Pig roaster and chicken cooker combinations
A caterer working a wedding or a fundraiser rarely serves only one protein, so Meadow Creek built the CD120 to cover both jobs at once. The CD120's PR72 side is built to roast a whole hog up to 275 pounds live weight, using the same flip-and-lock cradle found on Meadow Creek's standalone pig roasters. Beside it, the CD120's BBQ42 side holds up to forty pounds of bone-in chicken on its rotating grates, so a crew can turn out pulled pork and grilled chicken from the same trailer without hauling two separate rigs to the site.
Both cooking bodies are welded from 13-gauge steel and finished in the same black heat-resistant paint, and each has its own stainless calibratable thermometer to track temperature independently. The CD120 rides on a tubular trailer frame with a 2 inch ball hitch, safety chains, and DOT-compliant flush-mount LED lights, so it tows and parks like any other utility trailer between events. Meadow Creek smokers are welded by hand in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, the same shop behind every pig roaster and chicken cooker in this catalog.
