Meadow Creek CD120G Caterer's Delight Trailer
The Meadow Creek CD120G Caterer's Delight Trailer pairs a gas-fired PR72G pig roaster with a BBQ42 chicken cooker on one tubular-frame trailer. The PR72G can hold a 275-pound whole hog, and the BBQ42 handles chicken, steaks, and burgers on double-sided grates. Both cookers use rust-free T304 stainless steel grates over 13-gauge welded steel bodies.
What does the Meadow Creek CD120G Caterer's Delight trailer combine?
The trailer carries both cookers on one road-ready rig. In the standard layout, the BBQ42 faces the rear. Flip the fire up on the BBQ42 for hamburgers and steaks, or run it low for a long chicken cook while the PR72G pig roaster works through a whole hog on the other end. The trailer rides on a tubular frame with a 2 inch ball hitch, safety chains, a heavy-duty wheel jack, rubber torsion axles, and DOT-compliant lighting, and Pinecraft Barbecue can provide a certificate of origin since Meadow Creek is a licensed trailer manufacturer.

See Meadow Creek's CD120G listing for its gas-fired PR72G and the trailer specifications. Meadow Creek lists the BBQ42 as charcoal/wood-fired, not gas/propane. Its warranty page states coverage for "a period of one year from the date of original sale." Full terms: meadowcreekbbq.com/warranty. We support what we sell with the manufacturer warranty.
