The Meadow Creek PR42 is an entry-level charcoal pig roaster that cooks a whole hog weighing as much as 125 pounds live, with no need to turn the meat or add charcoal mid-cook. Meadow Creek hand-welds every piece in its Lancaster County, Pennsylvania shop. Its second-tier grate adds room for 20 pork butts or as many as 24 whole chickens at once.
