What does the PR42G cook?
The PR42G cooks whole pigs without turning the meat and can smoke other food cooked low and slow. The standard grate holds about 10 to 11 pork butts or 12 to 14 whole chickens. The optional second-tier grate holds about 18 to 20 butts or 22 to 24 chickens.
