How big a hog can the Meadow Creek PR60 pig roaster handle?
The Meadow Creek PR60 Pig Roaster can hold one whole hog on its main grate. The grate is T304 stainless steel, and the body is 13-gauge welded steel. It burns wood or charcoal.
A single grate carries the pig. Once the hog comes off, swap to the second tier for briskets, ribs, chicken, or hamburgers. A slanted drip pan drains grease outside the unit through a drip tube. Top and bottom dampers and a removable charcoal vent help control pit temperature. It rolls on 13-inch tires and has a stainless steel calibratable thermometer.
