The Meadow Creek PR60GT Gas Pig Roaster Trailer is a propane-fired cooker that roasts a whole pig up to 250 pounds live weight without a rotisserie or added charcoal. Built on a 117 inch trailer with a 2 inch ball hitch, it can hold 35 pork butts, or as many as 45 whole chickens, on its optional second tier grate.

The Meadow Creek PR60GT can roast a whole pig up to 250 pounds live weight without a rotisserie or added charcoal, running on bottled propane instead of a bed of coals that needs tending all day. The PR60GT has overall dimensions of 45 inches tall by 117 inches long by 41.5 inches wide and a net weight of 500 pounds, built on a road-ready trailer with a 2 inch ball hitch and rubber torsion axle.
The PR60GT's grate is T304 stainless steel rod, a rust-resistant food-safe alloy that wipes clean after a cook, and an optional second tier grate turns the same trailer into a smoker for 35 pork butts, or as many as 45 whole chickens. Meadow Creek equipment is hand-built in New Holland, Pennsylvania, in Pennsylvania Dutch country, the same shop that builds every pig roaster and tank smoker we carry.
