The Meadow Creek PR72GT is a gas-fired pig roaster trailer that cooks a whole pig weighing up to 325 pounds live, no rotisserie needed. Meadow Creek hand-welds every piece in its Lancaster County, Pennsylvania shop. It tows on a rubber torsion axle with a 2-inch ball hitch and handles up to 44 pork butts on its second-tier grate.
