Meadow Creek's PR72GT description says it can cook a pig up to 325 lb live weight. Its table lists 275 lb on one grate. It says the second tier holds up to 44 pork butts or 60 whole chickens. The table lists 40 to 44 butts or 50 to 60 chickens with that grate. The trailer needs no rotisserie. It has a 2 inch ball hitch and a rubber torsion axle.
