Meadow Creek PR72T Charcoal Pig Roaster Trailer
Meadow Creek PR72T is a 72 inch charcoal pig roaster on its own trailer. It roasts a hog up to 325 pounds live weight without a rotisserie or adding charcoal throughout the cook. Its optional second-tier grate holds up to 60 whole chickens or 44 pork butts. The trailer has a 2 inch ball hitch.
Meadow Creek's PR72T product page (checked October 10, 2026) lists 325 pounds live weight in its description and 275 pounds for the single grate in its spec table. The table does not state the 275 pound figure's weight basis.

How does the PR72T cook?
The PR72T roasts a hog up to 325 pounds live weight without a rotisserie or adding charcoal throughout the cook. Top and bottom dampers help control the heat. A slanted drip pan drains grease away from the coals through a tube.
When there is no hog on the menu, the optional second-tier grate can hold up to 60 whole chickens or 44 pork butts. The PR72T trailer has a 2 inch ball hitch, a heavy-duty wheel jack, and a rubber torsion axle. Meadow Creek says its equipment is hand-crafted in the Amish community of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, in its Made With Integrity post.
