The Meadow Creek TS70P is a 70-gallon reverse-flow offset smoker for backyard or competition cooking. Meadow Creek equips it with two slide-out T304 stainless steel grates that hold up to eight pork butts or six whole briskets, plus a built-in water pan and drain spout for water smoking.

What makes the TS70P a reverse-flow smoker?
In a reverse-flow smoker, heat and smoke move from the firebox to the far end before entering the cooking chamber. Meadow Creek says this design helps keep the chamber temperature more even. The TS70P has a 70-gallon tank made of 3/16-inch steel and an 18.5-inch firebox made of 1/4-inch steel.
Meadow Creek lists space for seven to eight pork butts or five to six whole briskets on the TS70P's two slide-out grates. The built-in water pan holds water or apple juice under the meat, and a drain spout lets you empty it after a cook. Meadow Creek describes its smokers as handmade.
