The Meadow Creek CD108 Caterer's Delight Trailer mounts a PR60 pig roaster and a BBQ42 chicken cooker on one charcoal or wood-fired trailer, so a whole hog and forty pounds of chicken can cook side by side. The standard layout puts the BBQ42 at the rear; an alternate parallel layout adds 10 percent to the base price.
