Meadow Creek BX50 Cabinet Smoker

The Meadow Creek BX50 has overall dimensions of 66 inches tall by 44 inches wide by 34 inches deep and a net weight of 625 pounds, a compact footprint for a smoker built to run all day. The BX50's cooking area totals 11.56 square feet across four wire grates with half inch spacing, enough room for a stack of pork butts or a full load of ribs at a competition.

The Meadow Creek BX50 runs at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for at least eight hours on 20 pounds of charcoal, whether you run it dry for jerky or fill the auto-feed pan with water to add moisture to a long brisket cook. Meadow Creek equipment is hand-built in New Holland, Pennsylvania, in Pennsylvania Dutch country, the same shop that builds every cabinet smoker and pig roaster we carry.
