A-MAZE-N makes smoker tubes and pellets that turn an ordinary gas or charcoal grill into a smoker. A-MAZE-N is carried in our Sarasota showroom in five products, from a six-inch tube to a twelve-inch expandable version. A-MAZE-N tubes are filled with pellets or dust, lit at one end, and left to smolder for hours of low, steady smoke.

A-MAZE-N built its tubes and mazes around one idea: you do not need a dedicated smoker to get real wood smoke into food. Load a tube with pellets or dust, set it on the grate of a gas grill, kamado, or charcoal kettle, and light one end. The tube smolders on its own, without needing the main burner running, which is what makes cold smoking cheese or cold-smoking salmon possible on equipment that was never built to smoke at all.
