What do Flame Boss controllers do?

Flame Boss controllers read the pit temperature and adjust a blower to help control the fire. The Flame Boss app lets you set cooking temperatures and view pit and meat readings. Pinecraft carries the FB400 and FB500 kits, plus probes and mounting parts for these controllers.

Flame Boss controller function

A Flame Boss controller uses a probe to read the pit temperature. Its variable-speed blower adjusts airflow to help control the fire.
