Temperatures inside can climb past 800 degrees Fahrenheit, hot enough to cook a pizza in two to four minutes.

A pellet grill running on its own rarely gets hot enough for a proper crust, which is the problem this attachment solves. The Green Mountain Grills Pizza Oven Attachment can push chamber temperatures past 800 degrees Fahrenheit, enough to cook a pizza in two to four minutes instead of the fifteen or twenty a standard grill setup needs. The same chamber runs cooler for other jobs too, low enough to bake bread in the 400 to 600 degree range or high enough to sear a steak near 900 degrees.
