Sample Saturday: Smoked Turkey

On Saturday, November 19, we’ll be giving away turkey samples smoked on a Big Green Egg and sharing tips to help you cook your best turkey with confidence!
Come a little early to check out the Big Green Egg set up with a Flame Boss temperature controller and the turkey trussed with a Turbo Trusser. Enjoy the juicy samples of smoked turkey at noon and pick up a few skills to improve your holiday turkey this Thanksgiving.
